Top Hops Hydration

Start your week off right by exploring the magical world of Top Hops. As a beer shop, tasting bar and culture center all-in-one, this beautiful space on 94 Orchard Street is the answer to a beer-lover’s dreams. On Monday, attend their “Introduction to Deductive Tasting” class! Learn the difference between a Lager and an Ale, understand distinct flavors and aromas of various beers and indulge with some of your fellow classmates.

 

The Arts: Bolshoi Ballet 

The Lincoln Center festival has kicked off the summer arts season by showcasing some of the best performers in the world. Japanese Kabuki performers? Contemporary dance? Mesmerizing opera? Of the bunch, REAL New York is spotlighting the Bolshoi Ballet, which will perform the classic Swan Lake fromJuly 15-20 and Alexei Fadeyechev’s production of Don Quixote on July 22 and 23. Their last performance, Grigorovich’s Spartacus, runs July 25-27. Catch the best ballet show in the world by attending a classic night at Lincoln Center!

 

Movies + Outdoors + Free Popcorn (sometimes)  

This week, catch a flick in one of the city’s outdoor locations. E.T. is playing at Coney IslandZoolander will be screened in McCarren park and American Hustle is being shown on the Pier 63 lawn (this is the one with free popcorn).
