Kat joins the REAL New York team as their HR Coordinator. Originally from Orange County, NY, Kat has been a lifetime resident of NY - graduating from University at Buffalo with a BS in Psychology and Counseling. Kat's career began as the Director of Waterfront Activities at a well-respected beach club in Manaramock, NY, where she managed onsite personnel and developed strong leadership and management skills. She later transitioned into financial investment research, excelling as an associate researcher and recruiter for various domestic and international clients. At REAL New York, Kat leverages her diverse background to enhance team dynamics, support the onboarding and recruiting process, and improve HR processes. Her expertise and dedication are instrumental in fostering a supportive work environment and aiding agent development. Outside of her professional life, Kat is an avid scuba diver, caving enthusiast, and rock climber. She enjoys traveling, especially to explore historic sites, while also cherishing quality time with her family and cat.
