Sarine Atamian is an accomplished business executive with more than 17 years of experience leading operations, growth initiatives, and organizational transformation within the real estate industry. A first-generation New York City native of Armenian and Middle Eastern heritage, she is known for building high-performing teams, developing scalable business infrastructure, and helping organizations navigate growth and change through thoughtful leadership and disciplined execution. As Chief Operating Officer of Real New York, Sarine oversees day-to-day operations and works closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support the firm's continued expansion, with responsibilities spanning compliance, recruiting, talent development, and process improvement. Prior to Real New York, Sarine served as Vice President of Operations and Managing Broker for Engel & Völkers New York City, and before that as Associate Vice President and Managing Broker at Christie's International Real Estate New York City, where she was brought on to establish and launch the company's first proprietary NYC brokerage. She began her career at JJG Real Estate Appraisal Services and later managed Warburg Realty's Tribeca office — experiences that gave her a ground-up understanding of the business and shaped her practical, solutions-oriented leadership style. Sarine studied Business Administration with a minor in International Business at the New York Institute of Technology and is a licensed New York real estate broker, widely respected for her ability to align strategy with execution and deliver results in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
