With 10+ years of experience in the industry, Tamika's fascination with real estate is strong, and has been for as long as she can remember. Growing up in the brownstone her grandfather owned in Harlem, Tamika is left as one of the few remaining true Manhattan natives. She was exposed to many of its diverse neighborhoods growing up, and has witnessed the dramatic changes over the years. Tamika proceeded along a traditional career path after attending school in Oneonta, NY, then working on her degree at Katherine Gibbs College to obtain an Associates degree in Accounting. Her strengths lie in communication, relationship building, and honesty. This coupled with her knowledge of New York enables her to find her clients homes that make them happy. She is committed to helping people make smart and sound real estate decisions.
