Tyler
Case

Tyler was born and raised in New York City, living on the Upper West Side, in Tribeca, and in Riverdale, where he attended Fieldston. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco before returning to New York to pursue a Master's in Sports Business from NYU. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the arts and film production, Tyler developed an early appreciation for architecture, design, and how a home's character and surroundings shape the living experience. His family has always emphasized thoughtful architectural and interior design, both in their own homes and through their work. Before joining REAL New York, Tyler lived in Portland, Maine, where he served as Business Development Manager for the Maine Mariners, the Boston Bruins' ECHL affiliate. His transition into real estate was a natural extension of his family's long-standing involvement in the industry. His family recently expanded its business from Malibu to the Hamptons and New York City, acquiring, renovating, developing, and selling residential properties. As a property owner in the West Village, Tyler has also experienced the real estate process firsthand, working with agents to purchase his home and later navigate the process of renting it out. These experiences gave him an intimate understanding of the buying and selling process, as well as a strong appreciation for real estate as an investment. Combined with his background in business development and his lifelong appreciation for architecture and interiors, Tyler brings a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to the New York real estate market. Outside of real estate, Tyler enjoys surfing, camping, and spending time outdoors. He is also an avid golfer and continually tries to convince his wife, Caitriona, to join him on the course.
